At the airport, hand your luggage directly to our delivery staff at the meeting point near the arrival gate given in your booking guide. At a hotel or other accommodation, leave it at the front desk. Your booking guide shows the exact location.
How do I confirm pickup and delivery times?
Choose your preferred pickup and hand-over times during booking. Confirmed times appear in your booking confirmation and My bookings. Note that delivery times to hotels and Airbnbs cannot be chosen — we deliver by 21:00 on the delivery date. If you drop off after 19:00, same-day delivery to a hotel or Airbnb is not available; please choose the next day or later.
Are any items restricted?
Some items cannot be accepted, including cash, valuables, dangerous goods and fragile items. Please see the terms of service for the full scope.
What if I need help?
For questions after booking, or anything on the day itself, use the chat channel shown in your booking guide. Having your booking number ready makes it quicker.
