  • A storage fee applies only when pickup and delivery fall on different days, charged per item per day. Same-day delivery has none.
  • If the pickup or drop-off point is an Airbnb, a surcharge applies to each side.
  • For routes not listed here, please contact customer support. We keep adding new spots and areas.
  • Amounts on this page are in US dollars (USD). Bookings are paid in the currency set for the language you are using, and the final amount is recalculated at the booking step.
  • Cash, valuables, hazardous goods and fragile items cannot be handed over.
