This is my second time using their service. They're generally more flexible with scheduling than other companies, and offer great value for money. This time, due to the typhoon, my flight was cancelled after 7 PM the day before, and I was hesitant about cancelling the delivery. However, they arranged for my luggage to be stored at a facility so I could receive it even at a late hour. I paid an additional storage fee, but it was within a reasonable range. (I received an email informing me of the additional fee, which I paid via PayPal.) I was relieved that they responded quickly to my requests for changes and other arrangements. I really appreciate having my luggage delivered on the last day of my trip so I can enjoy it to the fullest. I will definitely use their service again in the future.

This was my first time using the service, and I was a little anxious, but the pickup location was right in the international arrivals lobby, so I was able to move around easily. They also sent me a photo when the package was delivered to my hotel, which put my mind at ease, and my luggage was delivered safely! I highly recommend it!!

I was flustered because of a procedural error, but they responded immediately and even gave me a complimentary drink voucher, which I really appreciate. They picked up my items at checkout time, and the pickup location was near the departure lobby, which was a great help. I used their service from the hotel to Gimpo Airport. I was a little worried because there weren't many reviews from Japanese users and I didn't book through a website, but I was very satisfied with the result. The communication via LINE was smooth, and their polite service left a good impression. I see many people traveling by train with large suitcases, but using SPOT's service allows you to travel light and enjoy your last day to the fullest. I highly recommend it.

It was incredibly convenient to be able to pick it up at the counter, pack my souvenirs, and drop it off.
