We have redesigned everything from booking and payment to managing your reservation, so you can send your luggage faster and more easily. ■ What's new 1. Book and pay without signing up You can book and pay right away without creating an account. Use the link we send after booking to view your reservation. 2. Edit your reservation yourself Change the number of bags, pickup and delivery details, and more from "My reservations". 3. Luggage photos Upload photos of your luggage when booking so our driver can identify it quickly on site. 4. Hotel & place search, meeting point guides Search by hotel name, or enter any place that isn't listed. For major spots such as airports and stations, each guide page shows the location on a map and opens it directly in your map app. 5. Pricing & FAQ pages See our price list and frequently asked questions in one place. 6. Coupon codes Register coupon codes in "My coupons" and use them when booking. "My coupons" is available on My page after you sign up. 7.
